We are happy to provide support either via remote maintenance or on your premises. Working together with you, we assess the right support and maintenance model for your dictation management or speech recognition solution.
We offer a variety of support and maintenance contracts for our customers and sales partners. For customers without a support and maintenance contract, we charge our support services at the expense of our current hourly rates, which are listed in the remote support contract below.
