Voicepoint Xenon® Flow is a key component of the Voicepoint Xenon® platform. It is used for the management of users, workflows (groups, report types and fields), licenses and dictation recordings. The solution makes it possible to create the recordings directly via a smartphone and to process and manage them on the internet – simply, securely and from any location.
What are the advantages of Voicepoint Xenon® Flow compared to Winscribe?
Voicepoint Xenon® Flow offers a more modern and flexible architecture than Winscribe. User management is carried out directly on the internet and the interface has an intuitive design. Another advantage is the ability to activate optional extensions, such as Voicepoint Xenon® Dragon (automatic speech recognition) or Voicepoint Xenon® Fusion (structured and tailored summaries of consultations). As all components are offered on the same platform solution, maintenance is simplified and the work needed for procurement, installation and support is significantly reduced.
What happens if I have a weak internet connection or none at all?
A stable connection is recommended when using Voicepoint Xenon® Flow. Dictating is possible without a connection, but sending and automatic recognition can only take place once the internet connection has been restored.
