Record, organize, and securely share dictations

Voicepoint Xenon® Dictation provides centralized management of the users, licenses and recordings on the Voicepoint Xenon® platform. Voicepoint Xenon® Dictation includes the capture of digital recordings directly on a smartphone or tablet as well as the processing and management of the recordings on the web.

Dragon medical speech recognition directly in the Voicepoint Xenon® app

Voicepoint Xenon® Dragon brings your Dragon Medical One speech profile to your smartphone. You dictate the desired text into the integrated microphone and receive the recognized text back, which you can then transfer to any third-party system. You can use your trained profile (including vocabulary and auto-texts) directly on your smartphone and benefit from your existing speech profile – regardless of the operating system and device, from Windows to macOS (Voicepoint Helium®).

Create summaries and transcripts of consultations using automatic reporting

Voicepoint Xenon® Fusion takes medical documentation to a new level: during the consultation, the conversation is recorded. The Corti language model, which was specially developed for the healthcare sector, then creates a structured summary of the content. The summary is flexible and can be adapted to your specific needs. What makes it so special is that the language model is trained with Swiss data and understands different languages, including German, French, English and Swiss dialects.

Voicepoint Xenon® has been specially developed for the Swiss healthcare sector. The platform combines proven speech recognition with ambient scribe for tailored summaries of consultations. It supports Swiss dialects and guarantees the highest level of data security.

Voicepoint Xenon® is app-based, platform-independent and developed for mobile use. Unlike Dragon Medical One (for Windows) and Voicepoint Helium® (for macOS), Voicepoint Xenon® runs on all devices with Android or iOS operating systems. Voicepoint Xenon® also offers advanced functions such as tailored summaries of consultations (ambient scribe), centralized user management and flexible recording options. A web interface is available for the management and transcription of your data.

With Voicepoint Xenon® Dragon, you can use the speech recognition solution and create the medical report directly on your smartphone. You benefit from using the same speech profile as in Voicepoint Helium® and Dragon Medical One.

Create your reports directly on your smartphone or on your mobile dictation device and use the proven workflow and dictation delivery function. Voicepoint Xenon® supports German, French, English and Swiss dialects.

Yes, Voicepoint Xenon® can also be used without speech recognition. In this case, the office receives the dictation as an audio file for transcription.

No, no special knowledge is required for Voicepoint Xenon®. With the commissioning, you will be given a personalized introduction by our team.

Yes, you can test Voicepoint Xenon® for 30 days without obligation.

Technical details, integration and support

All you need is a smartphone with a stable inter­net connection – no additional infrastructure is required.

Commissioning is usually carried out within five to ten working days of the order being placed – depending on the customer’s schedule, this can of course also be done much faster.

Updates are carried out automatically and you will be notified immediately of any relevant changes.

The following devices are compatible with Voicepoint Xenon®:

  • Foot pedal (Philips, OM SYSTEM, VEC)
  • Mobile dictation devices (Philips, OM SYSTEM)

Support includes all software updates and upgrades as well as technical support via remote maintenance, telephone and e-mail.

Licenses

No, there is no minimum number. Individual licenses or a small number of licenses are no problem.

Yes, if you already use a Voicepoint Xenon® solution, we would be happy to provide you with an individual offer.

Yes, notice of termination of a Voicepoint Xenon® license must be provided in writing no later than two months before the license expires.

Yes, input devices and service costs for commissioning and training the solution will be charged separately.

Yes, we would be happy to provide you with an individual quote for upgrading to Voicepoint Xenon®.

Data protection and security

Your data is stored in a Swiss cloud based in Zurich in compliance with the GDPR and revFADP.

Only you and the persons you have authorized have access to your voice recordings. Third-party providers are not granted access.
