2025 was a year of significant developments and clearly defined strategic directions for Voicepoint. Thanks to new solutions, continuous progress in security and compliance, and a strengthened market presence, we have established a solid foundation. We will continue this momentum in 2026, with the clear objective of continuously developing our solutions, services, and collaboration for our clients.
To pursue along this path, we are pleased to announce that Chantal Schoch has joined the Voicepoint management team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of January 1, 2026.
Chantal has been with Voicepoint for over 14 years and knows the company from various perspectives: she began her career as a systems engineer, then held the position of project manager, and finally that of IT operations and project manager. This extensive experience gives her a deep understanding of our solutions, processes, and collaboration with clients and the team.
Key milestones in her career include the creation and development of the operations department, the successful implementation of the Voicepoint Cloud, including its approval by the data protection authority for use in the Swiss healthcare sector, and the launch of Voicepoint Xenon®, which she led as project manager. These experiences have allowed her to acquire extensive professional and technical expertise, as well as a deep understanding of the operational challenges and day-to-day realities faced by our clients.
In her new role, Chantal ensures that operational experience and client focus are strategically integrated into decision-making. This promotes clear priorities, streamlined processes, and reliable collaboration, even in the face of increasing demands. For our clients, this means stable processes, clearly defined responsibilities, and a strong partnership, particularly in an environment subject to high regulatory requirements and handling sensitive data.
With an expanded management team, we look to the future with optimism. Building on our past successes, we are strategically developing our existing processes to strengthen our operations and create real added value for our clients.
