What you can expect from us
As a Commercial Employee with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, you’re the first point of contact for our customers and sales partners, receive inquiries from existing and potential customers, advise them on our solutions and draw up tailored offers. You are also in constant contact with our international suppliers and are closely involved in sales and order processing processes. During your commercial training, you will also gain exciting and informative insights into other departments, such as Marketing and Communications, Accounting and Human Resources.
Requirements for a commercial apprenticeship
- Good performance in secondary school A
- You enjoy teamwork and interact with others in a respectful and friendly manner
- You have a logical mindset, the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and a strong ability to concentrate
- Excellent communication skills and verbal fluency, helpfulness and a good understanding of customer service
- Strong organizational skills
