What if a patient does not agree to the consultation being recorded?
In this case, Voicepoint Xenon® Fusion offers a flexible solution. Unlike many other systems, the platform is not limited to recording conversations. It also supports classic functions such as speech recognition and dictation management. This means that the documentation process can continue to be carried out efficiently – without leaving the solution.
What happens if I have a weak internet connection or none at all when using Voicepoint Xenon® Fusion?
A stable connection is recommended when using Voicepoint Xenon® Fusion. Dictating is possible without a connection, but sending and automatic recognition can only take place once the internet connection has been restored.
