Voicepoint Xenon® is app-based, platform-independent and developed for mobile use. Unlike Dragon Medical One (for Windows) and Voicepoint Helium® (for macOS), Voicepoint Xenon® runs on all devices with Android or iOS operating systems. Voicepoint Xenon® also offers advanced functions such as tailored summaries of consultations (ambient scribe), centralized user management and flexible recording options. I use Winscribe. What are the benefits of using Voicepoint Xenon®?
Take your dictation workflow to the next level with Voicepoint Xenon® Flow. Create your reports directly on your smartphone or on your mobile dictation device and use the proven workflow and dictation delivery function. Thanks to the central web interface, you have access to your dictations from any location, whether you’re in the office or at home.
Which languages does Voicepoint Xenon® support?
Voicepoint Xenon® supports German, French and English.
Can I also use Voicepoint Xenon® without speech recognition?
Yes, Voicepoint Xenon® can also be used without speech recognition. In this case, the office receives the dictation as an audio file for transcription.
Do I need any special prior knowledge to use Voicepoint Xenon®?
No, no special knowledge is required for Voicepoint Xenon®. With the commissioning, you will be given a personalized introduction by our team.
Can I test Voicepoint Xenon® before purchasing?
Yes, you can test Voicepoint Xenon® for 30 days without obligation.
Technical details, integration and support
What are the technical requirements for using Voicepoint Xenon®?
All you need is a smartphone with a stable internet connection – no additional infrastructure is required.
How long does it take to put Voicepoint Xenon® into operation?
Commissioning is usually carried out within five to ten working days of the order being placed – depending on the customer’s schedule, this can of course also be done much faster.
How will I be notified of any Voicepoint Xenon® updates?
Updates are carried out automatically and you will be notified immediately of any relevant changes.
Which input devices can I use with Voicepoint Xenon®?
The following devices are compatible with Voicepoint Xenon®:

Licenses
Is there a minimum number of Voicepoint Xenon® licenses required?
No, there is no minimum number. Individual licenses or a small number of licenses are no problem.
Can I upgrade my existing Voicepoint Xenon® license?
Yes, if you already use a Voicepoint Xenon® solution, we would be happy to provide you with an individual offer.
Do I have a notice period?
Yes, notice of termination of a Voicepoint Xenon® license must be provided in writing no later than two months before the license expires.
Are there any additional costs for the license?
Yes, input devices and service costs for commissioning and training the solution will be charged separately.
I have a Dragon Medical One, Voicepoint Helium® or Winscribe license. Are there any special conditions for upgrading to Voicepoint Xenon®?
Yes, we would be happy to provide you with an individual quote for upgrading to Voicepoint Xenon®.

Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in a Swiss cloud based in Zurich in compliance with the GDPR and revFADP.
Who has access to my voice recordings?
Only you and the persons you have authorized have access to your voice recordings. Third-party providers are not granted access.
