From the very beginning of your apprenticeship, you will receive one-on-one support from your trainer.
Focus on what matters
We know that an apprenticeship is very demanding. That’s why we lighten your financial burden: we will contribute to the costs of your language stay, give you a free laptop for use at school and cover the costs of your textbooks.
We focus on the long term
During your apprenticeship, you will receive six weeks of holiday, and after ten years of service, you’ll get seven weeks of holiday per year.

We get you from A to B for free
We give you a free GA travelcard – so you can get around Switzerland without a care and enjoy this freedom to the full.
Your health is precious

My apprenticeship at Voicepoint was very practical and prepared me extremely well for my day-to-day work. I also really enjoyed my time at work, as I was able to take on a wide range of different tasks. I often took care of administrative work in the mornings, while in the afternoons I managed the warehouse. I was able to take on responsibility early on and work independently, which I found very valuable. From the third year of my apprenticeship, for example, I was already handling consultations independently, which was really encouraging and boosted my self-confidence.
I look back at my apprenticeship at Voicepoint fondly. It was an educational and valuable time.
