The voice and text files to be processed contain particularly sensitive data about the health of patients. In accordance with the new data protection law, orders are processed exclusively by Voicepoint in Switzerland and are not passed on to third parties. The high security standard is underlined by the ISO certifications 27001 and 27701 for information security and data protection.
Voicepoint and its employees are subject to the same professional confidentiality as the customer and are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to all confidential information of which they become aware of during the course of their work together.
The data protection obligations and the information security conditions continue to apply even after the end of the working relationship without any time limit.
Terms and conditions of Voicepoint’s medical transcription service
Voicepoint’s invoicing system is flexible and based on actual costs. The hourly rate offered takes into account factors such as whether the job is a fixed or interim one, the chosen processing time and the size of the workload. The exact requirements are discussed individually with the customer before a written offer is prepared.
