The top-quality dictation devices are supplied with accompanying software for reliable administration of the audio files. Your dictations are automatically sent to the correct recipient as soon as the device is placed in the docking station. Dictations created directly from a PC are stored and administered using the same software. The audio files are immediately available to the secretariat and can be transcribed using a transcription kit. This can optionally be supplemented with speech recognition software, meaning that the documents only have to be corrected rather than typed out in full.

It is comfortable to hold and can be operated with one hand. Winscribe software controls the transfer of dictations from the recorder to the transcription workstation.
Philips Digital Pocket Memo
The Digital Pocket Memo 8000 and 8200 takes dictation to a new level. 3D Mic technology delivers best audio quality in any recording situation. Its robust yet lightweight stainless steel design offers perfect ergonomics for working over longer periods of time. Coupled with SpeechExec Pro software for efficient data management and a docking station for uploading your files, going from your voice to your text document has never been quicker.
Both devices are optionally available as integrator models (DPM 8100 and 8300) delivered without any software. Equally, Philips provides with the DPM 8500 a model with an integrated bar code reader.

This set includes a software license for the Olympus Dictation Management System (ODMS), a USB foot pedal and a headset. The ODMS software facilitates the administration and transcription of your dictations, offers a variety of data transmission options and is compatible with various e-mail systems to receive dictations directly in the ODMS.
