If you want to document efficiently and securely from wherever you are, Winscribe is your first choice. The server-based dictation workflow solution perfectly adapts to the requirements of your organization and facilitates your everyday work. As a multitenant and highly scalable software, Winscribe is suitable for smaller clinics as well as large hospital groups and all other companies in industries requiring high levels of documentation.

Dictation workflows for all documentation processes

Winscribe makes your documentation processes considerably more efficient with configurable workflows. Departments, report types and rights can be configured individually through web-based system administration. Dictations can be submitted from anywhere and automatically delivered to the right users thanks to the defined workflows. With the optional add-on modules available from Voicepoint, user administration is Active Directory driven and the system configuration is centralised and automated.

Dictate with the device of your choice

Winscribe supports all professional dictation machines from the leading manufacturers Olympus and Philips as well as iOS and Android smartphones. You submit dictations directly to the system with the available apps and can view the status and course of pending dictations at any time. The Voicepoint add-on modules available as options create a central platform for the efficient administration, configuration and maintenance of all dictation machines being used.

Foreground and background speech recognition

To shorten the throughput time for dictations and reduce the transcription effort, we recommend Dragon Medical, Dragon Professional or Dragon Legal speech recognition that can be integrated with Winscribe. Foreground and background speech recognition is available depending on the requirements. Together with the Voicepoint terminology, it offers the highest recognition accuracy and considerably reduces the time spent on documentation.

Integration and compatibility

Winscribe has the flexibility to integrate with third-party applications, such as clinic information systems, and can be used on all devices in a Windows-based infrastructure including virtualised clients as well as some Linux-based thin clients. The software solution can be installed on your own infrastructure or delivered via the high-security Voicepoint Cloud and is available in German, English, French, Italian and other languages.

As an independent solution provider, we naturally take your individual needs into account in product development and present a solution that optimally meets your requirements. Our offer for your project includes an analysis of the initial situation, advice in the evaluation and the integration and introduction of the product. Our smartphone apps and digital dictation machines are centrally configured and maintained. Our software products can be fully integrated with Active Directory and third-party applications such as clinic information systems. They also feature automated user administration to reduce maintenance and support costs. Voicepoint Neon

Voicepoint Neon is a comprehensive solution for the centralised management of stationary and mobile dictation devices and is the perfect complement to a speech recognition and dictation solution. Voicepoint Neon consists of the two modules Voicepoint Neon Control and Voicepoint Neon Bridge.

Voicepoint Neon Control offers administrators the option to manage dictation devices, assign groups and update their firmware version using an intuitive web interface. Neon also offers a configuration component for mobile dictation devices, which can be used to configure individual and group settings and workflow information for each device.

Voicepoint Neon Bridge can be used as an add-on for importing dictations from mobile devices. Neon Web settings are transferred dynamically to Neon Client every time a device is connected. Dictations are imported via the Neon web interface and the status and result of the submission are displayed to end users in the log dialogue.

Voicepoint Checkpoint

With Checkpoint, system administrators can synchronise Active Directory groups with Dragon Medical and Winscribe using a web interface. Users can be set up automatically and assigned to the correct group, site and organisation or removed. Licenses are automatically assigned and released when users are added or removed, ensuring the optimal use of available licenses. Comprehensive logs and a detailed process overview are available for the analysis and monitoring of synchronisation. Checkpoint is suitable for both new and existing installations.

Voicepoint Configuration Manager

This software offered as a complement to Winscribe allows the Winscribe Client components to be centrally configured using a web interface. User-specific settings are transferred independently of the workstation. For example, the configurations include the option settings in the software and the key assignments of the foot switches and stationary dictation machines. The configuration profiles can be selectively assigned to individual users or departments and the entire organisation.
