Voicepoint appointed Philips service centre

In the past, Voicepoint allowed the replacement of faulty dictation equipment and accessories from Philips to be handled externally. In many instances, this meant additional expenses for our customers. Voicepoint is now simplifying this process and has started to provide a hardware service for Philips products internally.

To complete its range of services, Voicepoint is replacing and repairing Philips dictation devices both in and out of warranty. For you, the end user or dealer, this simplifies the process given that you can contact us directly regarding all matters. In the event that you have a faulty Philips dictation device or accessory, you can send it to our address together with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We will be happy to repair or replace the item within a few working days. As an option, we also offer service agreements and extended warranties so there is no need to ever be without your device. You can even benefit from our free warranty service following expiry of the 2-year warranty period.
