With 4 regional hospitals and 2 specialist clinics, the hospital group of Ticino (EOC) is the canton’s largest healthcare provider. Over the last few years, EOC has been replacing analogue dictation equipment with digital systems. Following a tender procedure, dictation management software was evaluated to standardise the dictation workflow and manage it from a central location.
